The registered office is a company correspondence address, not a shop, collection point or returns centre. Operations, production, dispatch and returns handling are in China. Contact us before sending a return.
Using BifrostPet
The store and account services are intended for adults. Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and keep sign-in links private.
Our current checkout is a test service: it takes no payment and does not create an accepted manufacturing or delivery order. Paid ordering and its final checkout acceptance process must be enabled separately.
Your photographs and permissions
Upload only content you own or are authorized to use, including necessary permissions from people shown. Avoid personal documents, private addresses and unrelated people.
You retain rights in your content. You give us and necessary providers limited permission to store, process, crop and render it for your requested preview, product, support or pet-profile service. This does not authorize unrelated advertising, public galleries or model training.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, deceptive or abusive content. We may restrict misuse, with review and explanation where appropriate. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Previews and design review
A digital preview illustrates composition, not physical scale or an exact screen-to-product match for color, texture, reflectivity or finish. Refer to the selected product specifications.
Our team reviews production work and may optimize the image. Substantial proposed changes require your email confirmation before the changed design is produced. If a source is unsuitable, we will contact you about a replacement photo or available resolution.
Preview approval does not excuse a defect or material departure from the agreed specification.
Prices, delivery and cancellation
Checkout prices are in USD. Optional paid gift packaging is shown separately. We cover delivery and import duties and taxes for supported destinations as explained in Shipping.
Goods are produced and dispatched from China. Returns & Product Support explains production-stage cancellation limits and remedies. These policies form part of the terms relevant to an order.
Pet profiles and lost-pet tools
Pet profiles have public links. Published alerts expose the selected photo, last-seen information and other alert details to people who may share or download them. Do not publish a home address or another person’s private information.
Keep alerts accurate and mark a pet found when appropriate. We provide sharing and contact tools, not GPS tracking, emergency response or a recovery guarantee. Contact local authorities, animal services or a veterinarian when needed.
Do not impersonate owners or finders, demand money or misuse contact information. We may review reports of misuse. Our Privacy Policy explains public and private information.
Rights, disputes and contact
Our branding, website materials and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. This does not transfer ownership of your photographs to us.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or available courts under the law of their habitual residence.
Contact support@bifrostpet.com about concerns. Changes will carry an updated date and additional notice where required; they do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.
